General

The following terms and conditions apply to the entire business relationship/ Our offers are subject to price, quantity, delivery terms and availability.

Placing your order

You can place your order in writing by post, by email, by fax or over the phone.

Prices

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT, if not stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the prices.

Delivery

We deliver from stock using our business partners. In our customer’s best interest we will choose the cheapest delivery option at the time. The customer bears the cost of postage, packaging and where applicable insurance. The delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Wandil reserves the right to agree a longer delivery time with the customer or to cancel delivery. Wandil is not liable for any compensation claims due to late delivery.

Please notify the delivery service of any damaged or missing items immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be registered with Wandil within 4 weeks. After this time the goods are considered received and accepted.

Payment

We accept payment by invoice, prepayment or cash. We reserve the right to decide the payment method. In case of late payment we reserve the right to delay delivery or cancel it completely.

Seller’s Warranty

The statutory warranty is two years. Exempt from this are damage caused by usual wear and tear, inappropriate use or lack of or inappropriate care of the product.

Reservation of proprietary rights

All items remain the property of Wandil until paid for in full.

Returns and Exchange

The buyer has the right to return the items within 14 days without giving a reason so long as the item remains unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of peat oils, ointments and bedding. In the event of returning an item the customer must return all received services and emoluments. If the item has been impaired, Wandil may request compensation. This does not apply to impairment caused by trying the item in a way that would have been possible in a shop. The customer bears the postage cost of returns and exchanges. Wandil will not accept packages or letters for which the postage has not been paid in full. Wandil must be informed of returns in advance.
